The Be2021 movement is all about creating change, and we firmly believe, like Alinsky, that in order to create that change, you have to organize. And although we love social media and new technologies that are rapidly connecting the world like never before, there’s nothing quite like meeting each other face to face. Hence the Be2021 Youth Summit.

The summit will bring together young leaders to envision what the world should look like in another ten years, and craft a plan for making that vision a reality. We’ll use workshops, open space, the arts and more to inspire conversation and action. The weekend will also include intensive leadership, advocacy and communications training, as well as plenty of time to hang out and get to know your fellow movement-builders.
